Our company products things for the bathroom – our company produces things for the bathroom

Last Saturday I went to Yantai to meet my brother. He and his wife held a lunch on that day because they just married. They invited their bosses, colleagues and friends to attend this lunch. I just happened to be at the party. My main purpose was to measure their apartment. I will do the interior designing for them. When we finished lunch we went to the apartment. I remeasured it and the data was different from the data that he gave me.

While I measured my brother held a flashlight for me because it was dark outside and there was no light in the new apartment. My brother drank too much and I thought he didn’t feel good. After just ten minutes he asked me if I could finish fast. I said no because I had to double check all the data. So he kept quiet and waited for me until I finished. After that, he took me to have dinner with his wife and then we went to his wife’s store. There were two boxes of apples in there and they gave me one box. Yantai apples are famous in China. So I accepted it and I tasted the apple and it was really sweet. Maybe it was very sweet because it was my brother and his wife who gave it to me.

WBS = a Work Breakdown Structure –  a breakdown of a big goal into small parts or steps so it will be easier to achieve

e.g. Summer’s WBS for learning English is going to classes, studying and practicing English a lot.

To track –  to figure out the location of something

e.g. When Tanya sends a package, she usually tracks it to know where it is and when it will arrive.

w/s – wholesale – when you buy something in very large quantities to sell it again to other companies or people

e.g. The company Summer works for, buys everything wholesale so they can make more money.
