The financial director required us some writing on the performance – The financial director required us to write something about the performance / us to provide some reports on the performance

She needed as to speak too – She needed us to speak too

The meeting was end so I don’t have much stress before the holiday – The meeting is done so I don’t have much stress before the holiday.

Paper shredder –the paper machine

Stapler – the machine that fixes papers together with a metal clip.

Laminator – The machines laminates a sheet of paper between two sheets plastic, and heat it up to melt the pieces together. This is to preserve the paper, making it waterproof, so that it will last a long time.

This afternoon our FP&A director organized a meeting with our team members which lasted 3 hours. She required us summarize the financial performance for the brand which we are in charge of respectively. Everyone in our team had prepared PPT for this meeting and had 10 to 15 minutes to lecture. I prepared the PPT last week and Eddie helped me to revise. So this afternoon I was very confident to give a speech.
