Ex “When I was in high school, our teacher told us it was impolite to ask someone’s age, especially a woman’s age.”

Recently what I heard the most is that once you work hard and do your best, you will be able to achieve your goal. However, is it really true? At least, in my opinion, it is unreasonable. Doing your best can only improve the possibility to make things out but it has nothing to do with success. So why i work hard? You may ask me. I just hope that in future when I remember back I won’t regret what I have done.

Recently I keep hearing that if you work hard and do your best, you will be able to achieve your goals. However, is that really true? At least, in my opinion, I think thats unreasonable. I just hope that in the future when I reflect/look/think back I won’t regret what I have done.
