2 weeks exercise – 2 weeks of exercise

the number doesn’t have – I lost a little weight, but not what I expected.

 

How many is your – it measures your body fat/ body muscle

 

Weight scale (skayle):  the thing you stand on to weigh yourself. 

 

One half hour easily exercise – half an hour of easy exercise

  • Stretching/pilates/yoga

 

Calories (kal – or – ees)

 

It’s not good than the food in the restaurant – The food we prepared wasn’t as good compared to food at a restaurant. 

To incentive meto inspire me

 

I hope I can successful lose my weight – I hope I can successfully lose my weight/lose some weight.

Smoothie:  blended drink/ usually with fruit, yogurt, vegetables.

Agave syrup:  a sweetener that is healthier than sugar.

last weekend, I bought a weighting machine, which can measure a lots of data of my body.
I did have a body check in our gym. The conclusion is that I am over weight, absolutely more fat. Fortunately the coach didn’t not ask me about his class. In my mind, this kind of class is very expensive.

After two weeks, which days I did exercises every day. But my wight didn’t have obvious down. Why? I thought many days , maybe I need to adjust me keep fit plan, and rise the frequency of checking my body. So I should have a more smart weight machine to help me.

So my new plan is including in :
1,To do 2times wright-lifting, 2time running and 1time swim in every week and also following the app to do some easy exercise everyday.
2, To eat less food and check my body data everyday morning

I hope I will be given a good gift from the period hard exercise.I want to be a thin girl!

last weekend, I bought a weigh scale, which can measure a lot/lots of data of my body.
I had a body check at our gym, the conclusion was that I am overweight, absolutely too high of a fat ratio. Fortunately, the coach didn’t ask me about his class, in my mind this kind of class is very expensive.

After two weeks, which I did exercises every day I didn’t lose what I expected. Why? I thought about it / about the reason for many days, maybe I need to adjust my keep fit plan, and raise/increase the frequency of checking my body. So I should have a smarter weigh scale to help me.
