Grammar

You can start your sentence with an ADV if you are describing the WAY something is happening.

Ideally (ADV). you should study something for a while then practice it for a while.

Using the word as an ADJ. describing the noun or subject

Q: What is your ideal job?

A: My ideal job is working in property management.

Original –

In Yancheng city of Jiangsu province, A container car stoped in a forbidden area. The driver attached a note that he is so sorry about that, he just wanted to go home and fetch something, he will come back soon. A police man saw this note, he thought this driver have a good attitude, so he decided to forget him once. And then, after one hour, the notice still be in there, when the police man patrolled there again. The police made a ticket of 200 RMB and leave a notes that his time is so long.

Correction – 

In Yancheng city of Jiangsu province, a container truck parked in a forbidden area. The driver attached a note that he is so sorry for parking there, it said “I just wanted to go home and fetch something, I will come back soon.” A police man saw this note, he thought this driver has a good attitude, so he decided to be lenient on him. Then after an hour the note was still there. When the police man patrolled there again, he wrote the driver a ticket for 200 RMB and left a note that he was gone too long.
