Eg.  I have been married for 2 consecutive years.

Wisdom:  knowledge/ being wise.

Infectious:  easily spread from person to person.

Eg.  Infectious disease – a disease that is easy for people to pass to other people.

Talent vs. skill

Talent: natural

Skill: takes practice/ takes work.

Work ethic:  how dedicated you are to working and doing a good job.

Good work ethic – show up on time, help others, help new staff

Bad work ethic – come late, not show up at all, doesn’t help others, doesn’t meet deadlines.

• Lay one brick at a time = do things slowly, do things in the right order.

Brick:  a small stone that makes up a building.
