We want the target to be accurate. If it is plus or minus 2% then we think it is an accurate and true target. So if they are plus or minus more than 2% then we will deduct their bonus pay.

what do you think about internet shopping? Have you bought anything use internet? If you have, were you satisfied with commodity? I usually buy something for my son in the babies’ flagship shop(wet tissue and diapers) and IT produce in JingDong that it’s specialty network. Sometines I bought clothes for myself, but it wasn’t satisfied all. There are many risks, the size, colour, material isn’t same with web picture. I never buy food use internet, because I don’t believe food have good quality. Do you know why the e-business is very popular? Maybe the reason people are so busy and lazy.
