Vocabulary
Itch (n): 1-Â an uncomfortable sensation on your skin that makes you want to scratch it.
E.g.:Â This sweater makes me itch.
Injection (n): 1- something (as a medicine) that is injected with a needle. 2- 注射
E.g.:Â The medicine cannot be taken orally; it must be given by injection.
Antibiotics (n): 1- a type of medicine that kills any microorganisms that might be causing an illness 2- 抗生ç´
E.g.:Â I had to take antibiotics for my sore throat.
Q: How are you?
A: I am _____, thank you. How about you?
E.g.: good, great, not too bad, very well, not so good, terrible, etc.

I am sick for two weeks. – I’ve been sick for two weeks.
My throat is sick -My throat is sore. /  I have a sore throat. / I have a throat infection.
Writing exercise
Original:
I got up at 10:30 a.m. today and I arrived to my company at 1:00 p.m. When I arrived my boss was in meeting, so I have nothing to do. Two hours later he finished his meeting and went back to the office, than he told me that I can go home, so I finished my work at 3 p.m. today. I’m sick these days. I got a cold and high fever and cough.
