How to communicate efficiently?
I had a terrible meeting yesterday, because no one agreed on the purpose of the meeting. What’s worse, an new WOW pup up, and only 2 colleagues knew it, but nobody explained it and made others understood. The whole meeting was a hot mess. I didn’t know how to handle that situation, or how to resolve it, even now I still don’t find out a solution. It seems crazy and hard to understand that it happened among so many high educated people. After that I have deeper understanding that communication cost too much in a organization.
