Grape picking

My mother-in-law invited us to go to a grapevine to pick grape. It’s like a traditional family activity, which we also did last year.

Last year, What I remembered is that we went to a place where is famous for grape. We picked over eight buckets of grapes and bought them in a lower price than retailers.

It was not only about the money, but also a good chance to get more knowledge about plants and close to nature mother, which is important for us who live in the “concrete jungle”. There are various types of grapes with different color and smell I had ever known and we got fresh ones at the place where they were planted.

The day before we went to pick had a big raining, so there were a lot of grapes dropping down the ground. The onset was frustrated because these grapes were only sold to wine producers, which would be much cheaper than normal grapes.The business depends on the weather in general and as a consumer, I hope it is a good weather for grapes this year, therefor I can eat delicious grapes.
