Open F2F Class Notes 10th December (Tony)
Anxious -(ank shous) nervous about something that is going to happen or might happen. eg: “I’m really anxious about my interview tomorrow.”
Original –Â Try to control my emotion
We ate lunch with my in laws just now, my father in law said to me that eating slowly. At that time I realized I was in a hurry. It wasn’t under my control, I didn’t know why I did that.
My boss reviewed to me yesterday, and also she suggested to me that “Don’t be rush” and calm down. She gave a bad result for instance, which was that if I execute my work in a hurry maybe I will miss some mistakes, so that other people will set a standard that I am not chary people.
Maybe it is the time to let me to think about it deeply. How can I solve this issue ? I think the first step is to clam down by myself, I can have a yoga class. The second step is to summarize the cause of emotion , the result of emotion and what can I do better. I will learn control it.

Trying to control my emotions
We just ate lunch with my in-laws, my father in-law told me to eat slowly. At that time I realized I was in a hurry. It wasn’t under my control, I don’t know why I did that.
I had a review with my Boss yesterday, and she also suggested that I don’t rush and be more calm. She gave me an example of bad results, which was that if I did my work in a hurry maybe I would miss some mistakes, so that other people will get the impression that I am not a careful person.
Maybe it’s time I think about it deeply. How can I solve this issue? I think the first step is to calm myself down, I can take a yoga class. The second step is to find the cause of emotion, the result and what I can do better. Then I’ll learn to control it.
