Vocabulary

Cuisine – the type of food (e.g. I like Italian cuisine but prefer Chinese cuisine.)

Dish – the specific type of food (e.g. I love Chinese cuisine and my favourite dish is hotpot.)

Hygienic – when something is clean and has no germs (e.g. I only eat in restaurants that I think are hygienic.)

Sanitary –  same meaning as hygienic (e.g. I hate public toilets because they are never sanitary)
