at/in/on (time preposition)

at -> specific time
i.e. at 5 o’clock
i.e. at 7pm

in -> period of time
i.e. in the morning
i.e. in this week
i.e. in August
i.e. in 2021

on -> specific day or date
i.e. on Tuesday
i.e. on August 1st

when talking about regular routine, we use Present Simple tense
