I can use anything to do or show my ideas but last year I learned swimming for the first time.

Usually the teacher teaches swimming into 10 courses.

After the course I went back home and I practiced on my own / by myself and I felt I could search some content on youtube.

He is a swimmer and it shows how he trains

when you use these tools you can get the sense of the water being stronger / feel the water flow better.
You can feel the pressure strongly and usually you can train by yourself much more easily.

Maybe I just use 3-4 course and I can finish this swimming style.

I think the tools are very useful things which can make people learn faster.

I am searching for tools which could help me to train.
