I rushed and now everything is ok so I chose to stay on the schedule.

I cannot do anything with it by myself because it is not in our system it is due to another system owned by another company so I raised a ticket.

The efficiency of the company is too low. We have a time difference.

When I was working maybe they had a relaxing time and when I was after work they will see the ticket and have some time to check it and ask some questions and I can’t receive it immediately. -> When I am working they may be off work or on a break and after I finish work they respond to my ticket. / It seems we work very different hours so it is hard to coordinate.

After the Q&A it will take a long time for them to fix it. -> After they ask follow up questions to identify the problem they also take a long time to fix the issue

Every time I push them they say they have a lot of work to do.  / I try to urge them to fix the issue but they always say they are already overwhelmed/
Every time I see their message it is after 8pm in China / They always seem to contact me around 8pm in China.

I already have some complains about them and I talked to my leader and he escalated it to their leader but nothing happened. -> I already filed a complain but nothing happened

If they are in a Chinese company they are already been fired -> if they had been in a Chinese company they would already have been fired.

We use their system to access the requests from different users, for example if they want an account and they can submit the request.

We have uploaded some requests forms and they support us to do audits or assign groups to create accounts for the users. -> When users complete a request form, based on their issue the ticket is categorized and sent to the team in charge.

Their system has lots of applications and different users can choose different applications.
The system can organize / categorize all the tickets and assign them to the correct team.

If the users submit a request and don’t get a response they can chat with us on wechat or teams. / contact us on wechat or teams
Then I turn to the system to see what is wrong with the system -> then I check the issue with the system

the workflow has been broked -> the work flow was broken / interrupted

maybe it is more efficiency -> more efficient

I like to create something, when we do updates for example.
I don’t like to fix bugs or solve problems raised by different people. I prefer to create.
I prefer to do this kind of work.

I will be the coordinator and manage the different parties online and check all the milestones / I will ensure the project goes smoothly.

If you say not very clearly they will give you something totally different from what you want/

I have the mind to understand it -> I have a technical background so it is easier for me to communicate with technical people.

I feel I don’t like to plan anymore. I like to do things for free -> I like to do things freely / I like to do things at own pace.
