I have finished my job and slept very late yesterday, which was about 4:30am on the morning. Because I need to submit a business strategy for next year. Even through so late, I sill felt excited due to accomplishment, and I found back a feeling that is I could attach the standard level as boss’ requirements.
But I just responsible for a part of the whole strategies, another guy did the others of that. When I wake up at 9:30am I received the others from her, which made me very surprised because it was semi-finished deck, you know that will lead into our boss believe we cannot deliver the satisfaction result as his exception. I felt very frustrated, guilty and a little bit angry, because I have a call to teach her how did this PPT and what was time we have to accomplish. And that’s not all, after five hours when I told how to optimize this deck again at 10am, she gave me a new material and you know what, it was also like 5 hours ago, which means just made a very little adjustment. Suddenly something came into my mind which is I need to check the ability of make presentation for her at the initial beginning.
I don’t want to sleep so late again tonight, so I make a determined decision that is let her optimize again and again until it could approach the threshold. So after this class I will to call her.
And my dotted line manager make an arrangement that is she wants have a 1 on 1 conversation to me in the afternoon on next Wednesday, which do you think the best choice is carry a colleague together to attend, or just me alone to have this talk.

Suddenly something came into my mind which is I needed to check / I should have checked the ability of making presentations for her / checked her PPT skills at the initial beginning / initial period of time.
I don’t want to sleep so late again tonight, so I made a determined decision that is let her optimize again and again / I am determined to let her optimize it again and again until it could approach the threshold. So after this class I will to call her / I am going to call her. 
And my dotted line manager made an arrangement that is she wants to have a 1 on 1 conversation with me in the afternoon on next Wednesday. Which do you think the best choice is: bring a colleague together to attend, or just me alone to have this talk / or just have this talk alone?
