Speaking exercise

This week I almost went to the gym everyday for 1 or 2h.
Yesterday I went to the hospital, I did some acupuncture.
It doesn’t hurt , you don’t feel much pain.

I feel my neck is not comfortable because you always bend / look down at the phone.
I don’t know if I have issues with my neck muscles so the doctor used needles and put them on my body.
They put them in and out several times at each acupuncture point.

They use these needles to make your muscles relax.
I think it really works for me but you have to do / follow this treatment for a long time.

This treatment is a little different.
The needles are not put in your body for a long time, they just use them and put them in your muscle and move and that is over.  / For this treatment they don’t leave the needles for a long time, they only use them to relax your muscles and then they use their hands to help you correct your body placement.

I think acupuncture is useful to me.
3 or 4 years ago my neck problem became a large issue.
It affected life and my work.

When this problem started I couldn’t do anything, / When it started it was so bad I couldn’t move at all, I took some pills and had some injections to relieve the pain / to lighten the pain.
But it was only for emergencies so for the day to day  the doctor suggested me to try acupuncture.

When I work I use the computer and the mobile and all these actions are harmful to my neck  / strain my neck and make my problem worse.

I can avoid to make this problem worse if I can plan the work time.
Let’s say I use the computer and then have a break.
But I always forget that -> When I work I tend to focus on it too much and I always forget to take breaks

These days I go to the gym everyday, I plan to train my muscles to protect the neck and my back twice a week
I want to do this exercise to make my muscles stronger so they can protect my bones.

I imagined I am like a character in a movie.I think I have a mission to go to the gym and finish the goal in a day. -> I look at it like a mission a movie character gets, my mission is to go to the gym and finish the exercises.

One is I want to be healthy, I don’t to feel pain with my spine and I want to lose weight so I really hate to do exercises so everyday I tell myself it is mission time.

It is useless for me, I think they are useful for people who really to exercise. / for people who love going to the gym
I watch the videos and after watching them I feel like I exercised.

She really likes to move and I don’t know which app she uses , every morning at 7am she follows a live show on her mobile and she copies the movement of the trainer. It lasts 2h. She does it everyday / she is very active everyday.

I asked her how the trainer makes money and she told me he will promote / advertise some products in the show so she bought a lot of food like bread and chicken meat. / she said he makes money with product advertising.

She is very energetic, she really likes to move and exercise.

When they exercise it makes them happy.

She really trusts this trainer. She likes to buy what he recommends, even for meat.
She follows him everyday so she thinks he is a good man and would never lie to them.

We get updates on the conflict but they don’t give much details.
