I changed my job and joined a local start up so it was busier and I had to stop the classes.
At that time I was too tired.
I prefer the big company, they have a standard process.
When we work in smaller companies and especially start ups. Some colleagues come from small companies so there are big differences in the mindset and way of working.

I think why we feel so busy at a local start up is that the communication cost is too high.
I have been working in MNCs since my graduation so I never imagined how difficult it is to communicate with people who have different mindsets.

I speak less than before but most of the time we write emails in English.

I don’t like sports in which you compete with others.
I don’t like competitive sports.
From my perspective most women don’t like competitive sports.

I like the feeling and the effort to stretch my body, it helps me relax after the session.

If your company is an innovative company it is more likely to get support from the government like tax refund.
If the company contributes to taxes in some rural areas which need to increase their GDP the local government could support your company. / Rural governments looking to boost their GDP may also invest in some companies

Some cities in Anhui could invest in some companies located in SH and they could request them to consider investing in Anhui to set up a factory as it could bring economic growth.

I haven’t had a good experience to collaborate with people from those places.

The trade war affects the whole environment and the policies.
We cannot see the apparent impact but I believe there are many less visible effect.
I believe it will continue for a few years.

auctions are things rich people like to play -> take part in / participate in

There were platform for auctions of second hand cars.
It didn’t grow unlike amazon and taobao. Auctions are more relevant to the consumption mindset.

They have to do that because they bought the assets and there might be terms in the contract forbidding them to use the name.
