More and more companies hope their employees to establish personal branding, because the personal branding can bring a lot of benefits and value for the enterprise. However, personal brandings can bring a lot of benefits for ourselves, and increase the influence in the market. I think there are several aspects to create it. Firstly I think you should analyse the SWOT math, and really knowing about your strength and weakness, and use your strengh adequantly and avoid your weakness. For example, my strength is have a lot of people resources, and my weakness is have this technology skill. So I can cooperate with my colleague who is good at that technology, and I can use my strength which is the connection to facility the process of the project and then convert it to business. The second is find the someone is the correct people and continue to deliver my value. And this is good circulation because you can more and more accummulate the resource in this time. And second one is you should grab the opportunity to share your effort and delivery your value and experience in the right channel. You can get feedback from other people only when you share it. It’s not only can give many people to see your success and valuable, but also can optimise your solution when you deliver it. And third one I think you should be persistant because it is a long-term process to set up a personal branding, it is also need to long time if you want to see the effect, you need to be patient.

No 4 is I think we need to deeply understanding the knowledge, we need to deeply know about the knowledge structure, for example, I worked in the IT internet industry, how can I explain our product fast and clearly in the other words? How can I explain the futures of the work to different industry people simply? However, we need to board our knowledge wide, and combine with our industry.

For example, my strength is that I have a lot of connections, and my weakness is the lack of technical knowledgy. So I can cooperate with my colleague who is good at the technology, and I can utilise/make use of my strength which are the connections to facilitate the process of the project then convert the project into business.

Secondly, I should find the target people and continue delivering my value. And this is a good circulation because you can accummulate the connections furthermore. Thirdly, you should seize the opportunities to share your outcome, value and experience through the right channels. You can get feedback from other people only when you share it. Not only can it show people your success and value, but also it can optimise your solutions when you deliver them. Fourthly, I think you should be persistant because it is a long-term process to set up a personal brand, it also needs a long time. If you want to see the effect, you need to be patient.

Fifthly, I think we need to understand the knowledge thoroughly/deeply in our own industry, we need to know the knowledge structure, for example, I currently work in the IT industry, how can I explain our products fast and clearly? In other words, how can I explain the features of the products to people from different industries simply? However, we need to widen our horizons in our own industry.
