For examples, my last Amercan companies, they have a famous product which is a database, and this product is successed all the companies. The database not only can help enterprise to storage the datas, but also it can help the enterprise to protect their database. All the bank and transaction companies use this database and they haven’t any other choice. Because of the global companies have the advanced products, they usually open around the world, and their strategy is for the global market and achieve the global profit. So if global companies need to localisations they have to managing several aspects. I think there are three main points for localisation, first production localtions – from the product produce to design, they should be considering local market needs. For a simple example… according to diff countries to set diff language options, at the same time to maintain the same functions, so their products can be used all over the world.
