how to generate your ideas for your content 

many in SH works in an office – white collar,

most people are feeling like me – before/present/future – loss of direction,

interactive/engaging platform

interactive – back and forth, discussion from both sides.

reciprocate – returning the favor    – re ci pro ca te

eg. Connie has been very kind to me recently so I brought her a cup of coffee today to reciprocate the favor.

I bought a cup of coffee for my colleague to reciprocate the favor as she helped to take meeting minutes for me.

allergy – allergic reaction to something – cat hair/peanuts/nuts.

Purpose of creating this TK account:

create a space/platform with you TK account so people feeing alike can watch and have discussions with each other. Hopefully my content/videos can inspire those who watch me and receive the positivity that I wanted to share. Additionally, I wanted this to be interactive platform with the netizens so that some of the positivity and advise can be reciprocated back to me.

Mechanism of generating/editing your videos:

recording and editing on my phone  – record/shoot/make videos with my phone

everyday it takes me two hours – record + edit
