Impact of COVID on the entire internal logistics business –

1. At the beginning, it was quite busy because we sourcing for the other companies in other country in DHL group.
2. Protection policy – guidelines, warehouse, gateway
3. Volume – decrease in the third year. 20%? – trade restrictions, trade sanctions – halt of international goods trading.

DHL – There are 2 different divisions in China –  2C express China – major customer is small packages – main customer group is …../target customer group is ……./the majority of the customer using this service is ………
