wind down (v): to gradually relax after doing something that has made you tired or worried
(劳累或担心之后)放松下来
When he goes on holiday, it takes him the first couple of days just to wind down.

pose (v): to move into and stay in a particular position, in order to be photographed, painted, etc.
摆好姿势(拍照)
We all posed for our photographs next to the Statue of Liberty.
