1. Persuasion is not that other people must follow what you think, actually it is a way that let others find out their deep thinkings, so they can do the same thing as you want.
2. Persuasion is a frequent behavior when you work or live with others.
3. The first step is that you need to figure out who is your audience and what is his or her role in this persuasion. Does he or she is positive role or negative role or neutral role.
4. You could choose different communication skill when you facing to different roles. For example, when you face to a negative role, you should know he or she is extremely negative(resist) or lightly negative(doubt), then you could use or adopt different combined skills, including make a apologize, defend for yourself and transform.
5. Persuasion is a value. If others want to change me or my opinion, I wish he or she can choose the persuasion method.
