Vocabulary

apply to a school/university – to ask formally to go to a school

lose weight – get thin

balance/n – when you can stand still and straight on your feet

ex. She lost the race when she lost her balance and fell.

ex. Skateboarding is good for balance.

blame – to say that it’s someone’s fault/is wrong

ex. When people lose, they will blame others for their mistakes.

ex. The losing team blamed the winning team for their lost.

We can play many things in it.

We can do many sports like surfing, basketball, football, skateboarding and so on. 

When you go to university or other schools, you must have sports test, and then sometimes you can play with sports and you can be happily.

When you want to apply to a good university you must have a sports test. If you do well in the sports you have a better chance of going to a good university. And, when you play sports, you will also be very happy.

You can exercise your body for not always sit on the chair.

You should not always sit on the chair, you should get up to do some exercises because it’s good for your health. 

Doing exercises helps you to grow taller.
