As to existing customer and member, my work could be classified into 2 parts. Firstly, I needed to get insight into and operate existing customers and members during the campaign. I broke down the existing customer and member targets before the campaign. I got insight into the market of brand’s core categories to find market opportunities; diagnosed sore points of brand’s existing customers and members, and delivered solutions; delivered customer segmentation on the basis of their basic and consumption features, and developed recall strategies according to their features and product path respectively. I also need to write report after the campaign. In addition, I needed to develop brand’s monthly CRM reports. In Otype, I served 4 well-known skin care brands leading a team of three.
