Why do you want to (join) this program?
This is an annual mentorship program so we welcome the engagement of all FTEs to apply and participate in it.
2021 is special in that we’re growing rapidly as a team and an increasing number of XFN collaboration opportunities will take place. Now is the best time to get to know how different teams function / operate, what your career path could look like, and learn from our inspiring leadership team.

Of course, don’t let our examples limit you – you can tailor the program according to your own goals / to achieve your own goals!

How does the Program work?
We are going to have kickoff sessions for mentors and mentees after finalizing pairings with your chosen mentors.

To ensure the program‘s quality, we would like to ask you to proactively reach out to your mentor in the first 2 weeks to discuss with your mentor on the below / following 3 things and arrange at least 3 meetings within the 6-month-period.
