2 months ago, a historical building had been moved to a new address in San Francisco. It was unbelievable, but it happened. The building which is in Victorian style is 139 years old, its length is about 80 feet, and there are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in it. The relocated plan of this house was being planned for years as it must be gotten the approval from 15 government departments. In order to make it happen, they had to tear down the parking meters, cut the trees, and re installed the traffic signages. Besides, the owner paid 400 thousand US dollars to move the house completely. The whole process of moving was about 1 hours. For me, it was quite amazing to keep historical buildings in nowadays. I hope this will be happened in China too as we know that in China, sometimes people will give up the historical buildings when they go for a city construction.
