+1 on need more protein in Breakfast.

Also for the dinner, is it possible to always provide one healthy option on meet dishes? Today’s dinner only includes 2 meet dishes, one is mostly fat, and another is fried, which is no option for a health diet habit. It would be great if we can have a good meet dish (less fat, no fried, no bone) in every dinner. Thanks!

We do have some boiled eggs everyday. But eggs’ freshness quality can be concerning : (

It’s true we do have some / a few / a number of boiled eggs everyday but the freshness of the eggs is questionable / is not always guaranteed : (
