The budget of next year finally came out this Friday. The result was beyond our expectations. The Global just wanted us keep light on so they gave us less fund for the next year planning. But for our boss’s expectation, he planed 4 big revamp projects next year and there were 2 projects had sent the RFP to vendor so that we had got the result with business member. What a stupid decision he made! We’ve reminded him about the risk of less budget in next year. But he seemed not to care about these risk and hold it back from the global. His decision made us feel frustrated because he didn’t know how much effort and energy we spent for these revamp projects.
