eg. he has a mortal illness / he has a terminal illness / fatal illness

instant gratification – the idea that want achievement immediately / satisfaction immediately

thorough – to be cover everything and consider everything so there’s no doubt
eg. I wanted to put together a thorough action plan for the meeting

stepping on my toes – disturbing people / getting in their way / doing their job for them / upsetting them
eg. some people feel that im stepping on their toes because i ask a lot of questions and try to learn

i will make sure it in a good waymake sure it runs smoothly and successfully
