I found I have some issues with myself between these days, which means I felt a little bit lazy about my job sometimes, for example, if I need to complete some decks of performance review, I always accomplish at last time before deadline, even some materials didn’t have enough qualities about the standard of my boss requirements. I believe the reason is I have an over safety for myself, because you know my big boss is my close friend even similar with my big brother. But I don’t like this personal status, because I felt frustrated when I cannot deliver a qualify deck to my boss, I think the essential factors of this felling is I don’t want to make anybody feel any disappointed with me, especially when I back to the Logiech on this time.
So, I make a determination about optimize my work attitudes, such as accomplish daily tasks immediately even need to work overtime very late, and read more stuffs to expand my sights and knowledge, and review any business decks of our company on the intranet to accumulate my English professional words and expressions.
Before I get off work today, I received a call of my boss, he asked me why I had a conversation with my client who is the owner of the TM flagship store of the Logi G brand, because this guy complain me about I wanted to change the operator of this store, it means she will lose this business about RMB100 million per year. Through my boss felt very angry with this topic due to disturb his arrangements, he still told and taught me how to find the solutions for this situation smoothly. Through this call, I need to admit that I learned a very important thing is I must consider the benefits of my company and myself any time. Sometimes I told something to our customers, but they will misinterpret and do something to against our policies. But as you know, I usually choose trust everyone and want we can obtain a win-win result, so I think these facts taught me that I need to do everything be able to an adult.
