In past week, I was very busy because I needed to hold a lot of meeting to discuss how we can get increase in Double 11, such as price strategies, customer promotions, etc. Due to just rejoin, I still can’t gave more suggestions about this topic, I just learned from other colleagues.
In this period, I was improved very fast and learned lots of useful knowledge from my boss, whom is head of China business. Whether thinking depth of business operations or insight for human essentials, over me so much. I am also thanks for him about teaching me step by step.
Actually, I originally have been concerned about our promotion in D11, because I had onboarded just two months and didn’t down to earth, I was afraid I would take responsible for this results, if we couldn’t get growth. But during this past week, I felt very deeply that my boss is a person who is cold outside and hot inside. He wouldn’t let me fall into a cliff, this process is exercising my capabilities, so that I could get more familiar with our biz.

Whether it’s his depth of business operations thinking or insight for human essentials, they are all much better than mine. I am also thankful for him about teaching me step by step.
