some people they just are pain in the butts
I have never ever had that experience = I have never had this experience = I have really 100% definitely never had this experience

Have you ever seen this before? / Have you ever had this experience before?
Yes I have had this experience (have done)
Never have I ever = I have never
Just a hair = just a tiny bit / just an inch
Do a sideways arch to the left with your armpit pointing to the right, don’t lean everything the same way. Feel the opposing force.
echoing – “eck kou”
Breath with a ujai breath, putting your attention on your breath like it is echoing your mind
let the ujai breath echo / reflect your inner presence as you move through every motion
drop a rock down a well
As you’re moving through your poses imagine dropping a rock down a well
amazing (Jesse): the space / gap between breaths is as though you have dropped a rock down a well and you’re in that moment between the sound of the echos as they resonate back up through the well
simple but great (Heidi): the gap between breaths is like you have just dropped a rock down a well and you’re waiting for the echo sound coming back up through the well
this process of concentration without any distraction is known as Dhyana / is what Dhyana is.
This kind of moment actually happens a lot throughout our lives but we often miss them. Ask yourself if you have had these moments of pure concentration in your life or yoga practice before?
