I got a bad news on my work this week, and my boss told me that one of our games, which has been operating by us for 2 years, and it needs to handed over to the game developer company totally in the next few months. It is a significance game for us which is good quality and we did a good release in Japan, and I arranged 7 people for operating the marketing job. But since we need to hand over the project to another company, it means some of my subordinates will lost their original/initial works, and I have to arrange other works for them. I used to have 3 game projects proceeding at the same time, so I have increased recruitment, and it should be fine if the game still operating by us, but now the number of employees are beyond two projects need. New project which is good quality needs to wait until 2024 to release, and other existing projects are not good enough.
