Tina told us that we could join mentor project, with choosing one of senior leaders from global. So I’m writing to you consulting if you can be my mentor?
It has been over 6 months since I joined N company. Everything is going very well, and I like the working environment, the culture as well. But sometimes, I might have some concerns on global strategy, or portfolio investments, or career development moving forward. I think it would be very helpful if I can have opportunities to talk with you guys in senior positions, which could somewhat guide me through.
BTW, I notice that you keep a wording at the bottom of each email “pls note: I work flexibly and I might not be located in the same time zone as yours, so regardless of the time of day I send this email, pls do not feel you have to respond outside of your working hours ”, which impressed me a lot when I first read that.
