Yesterday I went to office at 10 AM then I had a meeting with my boss which we talked about the new organisation in the next year, like operation team, sales team, how to organise. We discussed that operation team should be under the sales team because if the sales and operation team is the same department they will be cooperate well, because if the 2 team were separate they will easy to battle. When sales team contract the order, operation team should manage it but in our department they didn’t manage the order well. After the meeting i had lunch with my friend. We talk about the weekend who is my best friend in the company.
