During last week, I began to select my clients for 2021 Q3 and Q4 through a process called Ground Control. The whole process was a torture, I had to go through lots of data to pick the most potential clients for the coming two quarters. For example, I had to review the past 4 years spending to see whether there should be a seasonality for the clients business and tried to avoid those situations, and I had to talk to the clients to know their business plan to figure out whether they would cut the budget. After spending almost one week getting all the information I need, I finally finished my client list for the next two quarters.

After spending almost one week getting all the information I need, I finally finished my client list for the next two quarters.
