When mention the best service experience, the first thing come into my mind is Songtsam, which is a travel experience brand with some boutique lodges in Yunnan and Tibet. Songtsam series are my favorite hotels as for now, which I have been to about 10 times.

The most impressive experience for me is when the first time I went to Songtsam Lodge Meili. It was during my summer vacation in 2013. Before that, I don’t have any expectation about the destination. I only knew that we can see the Meili snow mountain through the windows of the room. However, after I arrived there, I was shocked by the delicate interior in Tibetan style and the warmest welcome I have received. The staff welcomed us with the white Hada and hot butter tea. They then invited us to take off our outdoor shoes and try their comfortable indoor shoes in Tibetan style. After checking in, we went to the bar on the top floor to enjoy the afternoon tea while viewing the beautiful sunset. Next day, we went to a hike trail with the guidance of a staff, which is a wild trail not far away from the lodge with no tourist being there.

I really appreciated a hotel combine beautiful natural scenarios and local culture, even with the amazing service and delicious cuisines. Every time when I talk about the topic of hotel with my friends, I recommend Songtsam to all of them since it is the best hotel in China in my mind. I am quite sure they could have quality time with their friends and families there.

I really appreciate a hotel which combines beautiful natural scenarios and local culture, especially with the amazing service and delicious cuisines. Every time / When I talk about the topic of hotel with my friends, / When talking with my friends about hotels, I recommend Songtsam to all of them since it is the best hotel in China in my mind. I am quite sure (that) they could have quality time with their friends and families there.
