Now let me show you some slides about our system.

This is a reminder of the diagram I illustrated about data flow. Firstly, we need to do data acquisition, you can either press the button to upload data or to integrate your internal system to get new data;

Let me demonstrate our system for you today./here.
Then you can create a task, select the relevant data, name it and save it. The system would release the surveillance result automatically. Let’s see the details. As we see, the left side is our original recording information, the yellow box shows the translation text, you could check whether the “ASR” works well, and the right side shows us surveillance rules. If our representatives do not follow rules/requirements/their guidelines, AI would mark their wrong behavior, such as not using miss/mr, speaking too fast, not using polite language when clients say thank you, etc.(et cetera) The right side also shows us the final machine score. Our system allow users to check all pieces of AI surveillance task, as I’m showing you right now./I’m going to move on to another system page …. you can see that our system… 

Let’s move on to the next part “Manual sampling inspection”. Administrator is asked to create a task and designate/assign the sampling inspection task to one QC inspector who access their account and finish the inspection work. Administrator could check the work progress here.
