The top three complaints about telephones are the quality of the telephones, the after-sale service and the sales contract. They focus on three main problems. The first one is the performance problems, such as broken / cracked screen, crashing and unstable signal. Failing to perform the obligations of the “three guarantees†(for repair, replacement or compensation of faulty products) and the long after-sales turn around time for repairs are the second problem. The third problem is (that some / a group / a section of the) agencies are selling counterfeited products.
