Those speeches are kind of an English community and I met many people who are from different countries. Even though I couldn’t understand 100% of their speeches it was a good exercise for me to learn English. From noon to the end, I was listening to the presentations/speeches/seminars.

Two weekends ago I invited some friends to my home to cook Japanese food. I purchased raw fish from a Chinese commercial website called Taobao. Chinese people/They don’t have a culture to eat raw fish. So the shop owner didn’t want to send the fish. My method that I suggested to them to keep the fish more fresh for eating raw is to kill the fish and remove the blood. They like to freeze it but it should not be frozen.
I sent many short messages to the owner of the shop in order to let them know this method. After some struggle, they finally understood my method and agreed to send the fish my way.

Two weekends ago I invited some friends to my home to cook Japanese food. I purchased raw fish from Taobao. Chinese people normally don’t eat raw fish like in Japanese cuisine. So the Chinese vendor didn’t want to send the fish to fill my orderMy method that I suggested to them to keep the fish fresher is to kill the fish and drain the blood. Sushi grade fish should never be frozen, but Chinese like to freeze it.
I sent many wechat messages to the vendor in order to teach them this method. The whole situation was very annoying. After some struggle, they finally agreed and sent the fish my way.

After receiving the fish we started to cook the fish with some Japanese traditional way/style. My foreign friends were very interested in cutting fish with Japanese knives. When we cook Japanese food we need the knife to be sharper. Because I like to sharpen knives, I always keep my knives very sharp. They were very impressed on my knives skills/sharpening. We also cooked some vegetables and eggs after cooking the fish. Even though, they all were very interested in cooking sashimi process some people were vegetarians. So, it was very difficult for me to choose dishes/accomodate them.
