There Shanghai newspapers editor, I’m glad to email you, I’m your loyal reader. I get the news from your newspaper every week. Yesterday I saw the researcher from your newspaper said that, for new restrictions news. I want to attribute some small efforts .

As I see restrictions on the use of plastic bag is not successful and white pollution is still ongoing. I can see lots of plastic bags on the street. Hence following is my suggestion about that.

1. I suggest that the government can deliver cotton bags in the community. Even send them to every home directly. It is a useful education.

2. The supermarket start to not provide the free plastic bag, and the consumers need to buy it. Hope my suggestion are useful and can be accept.

Dear Shanghai newspaper editor, I’m glad to email you since I’m your loyal reader. I read your newspaper every week. Yesterday I saw the research from your newspaper said that, you want people’s opinions about plastic bag restrictions and I want to contribute.

As I see it, restrictions on the use of plastic bags are not extremely successful and white pollution has not been reduced very much. I still see lots of plastic bags on the street. Hence, the following is my suggestion for that.

First, I suggest that the government can deliver cotton bags to the community. Even directly send them to every home. It is useful and educational.

2. The supermarkets have stopped providing free plastic bags, and consumers need to buy them. I Hope my suggestions are useful and can be executed.
