eg: They will return all the tuition if you choose to be a teacher.

scold – say when someone is doing something bad.

eg: She scolded the parents so much about their kid, that they started crying.

legislation – written laws

eg: Should teachers try to change legislation to get higher salaries?

I don’t know how much a teacher gets (Usually or Always)

Condemn is a strong word, I just disagree with that behavior.
