too much – it is bad because too much

omega 3 (fatty acids) – a thing found in some foods, that will help relax your muscles.

eg: Omega 3’s are very good for you.

eg: You can find omega 3’s in:     Salmon (San wen Yu)   Olive Oil (gan lan you)  Avocado (Niu You Guo) Walnuts (He Tao) Seaweed (Hai Dai)

tight – jin

eg: My neck is so tight, I need to relax.

tendon – thing like a rubber band, under your muscles

eg: Some tendons in my left leg are really tight, and it hurts.

hurt (V.) – to cause pain, or bad feeling

eg: I hit my head on the desk, now my head really hurts.

eg: My head hurts.

eg:Does that hurt?    No, it doesn’t hurt.
