eg: Omega 3’s are very good for you.

tight – jin
eg: My neck is so tight, I need to relax.
tendon – thing like a rubber band, under your muscles
eg: Some tendons in my left leg are really tight, and it hurts.
hurt (V.) – to cause pain, or bad feeling
eg: I hit my head on the desk, now my head really hurts.
eg: My head hurts.
eg:Does that hurt? No, it doesn’t hurt.
