What happens if the company who wins the bid, doesn’t go through with the deal?

If the company doesn’t go through with it, the shipyard will ask our company to get the project, but if it happens I answer yes. – If the company doesn’t go through with it, the shipyard will offer the project to our company, but if that happens my answer will be yes.

General Situation:

If the company doesn’t go through with it, the shipyard will offer the project to the next highest bidder, they could retain the winning bid amount and offer that to each company. If it is not accepted, they might drop the bid to the second highest amount, or even restart the entire bidding process.
