Vocabulary

this morning I cut my hair, because my hair is too long.

next time I’ll watch it.

stylist – a person who styles and cuts hair.

eg: I cut my hair, I’m a stylist now, haha.

bugs – chong zi

eg: I am scared of bugs.

skinny – not fat, slim

eg: I don’t want to be too skinny.

make-up – some stuff you can wear on your face to look more beautiful.

eg: I never wear make-up.

eg: Maybe once or twice a year, I will put on make-up.

eg: I don’t have any make-up.

natural – zi ran

eg: She is naturally beautiful, so she doesn’t wear make-up.

eg: My eyes are naturally brown.

lotion – something you put on your dry skin.

eg: My skin is dry, I need some lotion.

eg: I have many kinds of lotion, but no makeup.

eg: I need to ~~wear~~ put on some lotion.

complicated – fu za

eg: The English in that show is very complicated.

eg: I couldn’t use my apple computer, it was too complicated.

I don’t have any makeup. (Very Common)

I don’t have any makeup, but I have lotion.

I have no makeup. (Common)

I have lotion, but no makeup.
