remodel – to redesign an apartment, new paint and furniture

eg: The landlord agreed to remodel for us.

It’s really not easy to believe someone when i have already been working several years. Sometimes i know someone for a long time ,we have never did anything together before, i always think them are good person or friends. Such as my American’s roommate, he had made a deal with our landlord that he will has been paying the rent in two times by the next two months.But he changed his mind again yesterday, he told our friend who called Gary:” If i continue live here, I will pay the whole all money, if i don’t want continue and i will leave here. Or do u want come here with me live together, so we can share the bedroom and the rent ” .My friend said “sorry, I need freedom so i like live alone , I can’t help u solve the problem anymore.” We helped him talk with the landlord and begged her for him, but he always change , that’s really bad thing for us, we are give up to help him, do anything what we can do .
