I’m not on a diet, I just changed my diet.

My diet consists mainly of rice, greens, sauteed vegetables and potatoes

Too much/many (You dont want it, an excessive amount)

so much, very much/many  (Maybe you do want it, not really excessive)


saute – to fry sth quickly and lightly in butter or oil.

eg: Many Chinese dishes are sauteed.

use up – used all of it, now its gone

eg: We used up too much time checking all the packages, now I’m worried the delivery will be late.

eg: When we used up our packaging we needed to place an order for more immediately.

deep fried – completely submerged in oil to cook

eg: French fries are deep fried.

eg: Fried chicken is usually deep fried.

myth – a thing that people have heard and maybe think is true, but is definitely not true

eg: People who have not been to America, may believe many myths about it. Like we all have guns, we are all very open, that if you are poor the government will pay for you.

eg: Most myths come from part truths.
