eg: When I get my salary I always buy some beer.

convenient – fang bian

eg: That store is not convenient for me.

Grammar

Have been (doing…) – for things that started in the past and are still happening now.

How long have you been working?   I’ve been working for 2 months at this job. I’ve been a nurse for 2 years.

I have been in shanghai for 2 years. (Still in Shanghai)

We have been waiting for 2 hours. (Still waiting)

I’ve been a teacher for 6 years.   (Still a teacher)

I’ve been looking for a job as a nurse for 6 months. I have an interview tomorrow.

I’ve been studying English since August 3rd, 2016.

We have been in class since 6:40.

Simple Past – finished action (verb)     + …ed

I ate dinner at 6pm.

How long did you work today?  I worked for 7 hours today.

How long have you been working today? I’ve been working for 7 hours already.

When did you graduate? I graduated 2 years ago.

I looked for a job as a nurse for 6 months. Then I got one.

Simple Present –  Actions (Verbs) that are usually or always true.

I cook,   I eat,   I look

I cook for my family.

I work at 9am.

I am a girl.

I am Chinese.

I am a nurse.

I go for a walk in the morning.

I don’t drink. (alcohol/beer)
